Navy fires shot over Air Force Academy's bow I didn't read about this on Air Force Link. Apparently a few Navy Midshipmen pull one of the best pranks ever on the Air Force Academy. The F-4 Phantom that sits at the center of the Academy sported the U.S. Navy Blue Angel's color scheme for at least 24 hours, courtesy of about a dozen Navy Midshipmen participating in a "Spirit Mission." Apparently, the Navy students are at the Academy as part of an Air Force-Navy exchange program. As part of the same program, the Navy Academy (Annapolis) has about 20 Air Force cadets. I think it's time for a little payback. |
