It's easy to imagine that in the not-so-distant future, Air Force supervisors writing Enlisted Performance Reports (EPRs), will replace words like "superior," "outstanding" and "excellent," with the more updated vernacular like "he's the bomb," "his uniform is straight up whack," and "the play'a got skillz."  This EPR below is a great example.
