At first glance, we thought these were French snipers.  Can you blame us?  We figured only soldiers schooled in the art of surrender would assume this precarious position.  But we can't blame this on the French.  Apparently, these are British snipers.  Which begs the question, "Did the Brits learn their sniper techniques from the French?"
